General rules

In order to maintain and preserve our quiet and relaxed atmosphere we do not accept pets.

The management and staff of Nest Style Santiago reserve the right to provide accommodation to any person as well as to terminate the stay of any guest early and at any time if the established rules of behavior are not followed, and in these cases there will be no refund or reimbursement from us.

If there is any damage inside your room or rooms Nest Style Santiago reserves the right to charge your credit card for the total amount of the damage.

Payment accepted in cash upon arrival at the hotel is in EUROS only. No exceptions.

Your credit card will be charged:

1) In case of NO SHOW (no show at the hotel without cancellation) you will be billed for the first night.

2) If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48 hours (2 days) before your arrival date (e.g. after 1:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival). The amount charged will be the total amount of the first night of your reservation. If a reservation is modified or changed with less than 48 hours notice prior to the relevant date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the cost of the first night of the original reservation.

Reservations

A reservation of more than ten people is considered a group reservation and cannot be made through the website. For group reservations, please email us directly.

In order for a group reservation to be processed, 30% of the reservation must be paid. Until this first payment is made, the reservation is not confirmed and therefore no rooms are blocked. There will be no refund in case of cancellation of the reservation.

Three weeks prior to the group's arrival at the hotel, full payment of the reservation must be made, i.e. the remaining 70% must be paid. Between these two payments you can make changes to your reservation. Once the second payment has been made, changes to the reservation are no longer accepted, nor are partial or total cancellations.

However, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the information provided is false or incorrect.

We do our best to try to accommodate you in the type of room you have requested. However, due to the nature of our business, we may have to accommodate you in a different type of room. As a result, the total amount due upon arrival may vary slightly from what appears on your booking confirmation.

The reserved nights can be paid at the time of arrival or departure (if at departure, the credit card information will be requested for any anomalies that may occur during the stay or in case the client decides to leave without paying). The walk in (directly at the hotel) must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

General cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made by e-mail.
In any case, we do not accept cancellations by telephone.
We do not make the reservation when the information is incorrect. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the credit card information is false or incorrect. If the credit card information given at the first time is not valid (as in case of lost or stolen card), it is the client's responsibility to inform Nest Style Santiago of such changes prior to the arrival date. Failure to inform us will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
If the personal information provided is incorrect (passport, gender, age, nationality...) we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48h in advance, i.e. 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Cancellation policy for reservations made through external internet companies.
Reservations made through other sites or agencies (e.g. Hostels Europe.com, Hostels.com, Hostels.net, Hostelworld.com, STA, VIP, etc.) can only be cancelled through these sites or agencies.
For claims of the percentage or booking fee paid to the booking company, you must contact them directly.
Cancellation policy for reservations made through our own reservation system.
In case of NO SHOW there is no refund.
Changes made outside the required notification period, which should not be less than two days (48 hours) for reservations made through our reservation system, will be charged 50% of the total amount or the equivalent total of the first night's reservation. The amount chosen will be the higher of the two.
Total or partial cancellations of reservations with less than 2 days notice will be charged at 100%.

Important things to keep in mind

Departure is at 12:00 noon.
In case you are going to arrive later than expected, please let us know so that we know your arrival time.
We do not send letters or faxes for visa applications to consulates.
Reservations made by travel agents through our website will be considered null and void.
As we have stated in our FAQ section, due to problems we have had in the past, travel agents and travel agencies are unable to book accommodation for their clients using our booking portal.
Travel agents or agencies wishing to book accommodation at Nest Style Santiago for their clients should contact our staff directly by e-mail.
