GENERAL RULES

In order to maintain and preserve our calm and relaxed atmosphere we do not accept pets.

The management and employees of Nest Style Santiago reserve the right to provide accommodation to any person as well as terminate the stay of any guest early and at any time if the established rules of behavior are not followed, and in these cases there will be no refund or reimbursement from us.

If there is any damage inside your room or rooms Nest Style Santiago reserves the right to charge your credit card for the total amount of the damage.

Payment accepted in cash upon arrival at the hotel is only in EUROS. No exceptions.

Your credit card will be charged:

    1. In case of NO SHOW (not showing up at the hotel without canceling) you will be charged for the first night.

    2. If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48 hours (2 days) from your arrival date (for example, after 1 pm on the day before your scheduled arrival). The amount charged will be the total of the first night of your reservation. If a reservation is modified or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice before the relevant date, the amount charged will be the equivalent of the cost of the first night of the original reservation.

RESERVATIONS

A reservation for more than ten people is considered a group reservation, and cannot be made through the website. For group reservations, please email us directly.

In order for a group reservation to be processed, a 30% deposit must be paid. Until this first payment is made, the reservation is not confirmed and therefore there are no rooms blocked. There will be no refund if the reservation is cancelled.

Full payment for the reservation must be made three weeks before the group’s arrival at the hotel, i.e. the remaining 70% must be paid. Between these two payments you can make changes to your reservation. Once the second payment has been made, changes to the reservation, or partial or total cancellations, are no longer accepted.

However, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the information provided is false or incorrect.

We make every effort to try to accommodate you in the type of room you have requested. However, due to the nature of our business, we may be forced to accommodate you in a different type of room. As a result, the total amount to be paid upon arrival may vary slightly from what appears on your booking confirmation.

Booked nights can be paid upon arrival or upon departure at the hotel (if it is upon departure, credit card details will be requested for any anomalies that may occur during the stay or in case the client decides to leave without paying). Walk-ins (directly at the hotel) must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

GENERAL RULES FOR CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made by fax or email.
In any case, we do not accept cancellations by phone.

We do not make the reservation when the information is incorrect. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the credit card information is false or incorrect. If the credit card information given at the beginning is not valid (such as in case of loss or theft of the card), it is the client’s responsibility to inform Nest Style Santiago of such changes before the arrival date. Failure to be informed will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

If the personal information provided is incorrect (passport, sex, age, nationality…) we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48 hours in advance, that is, 2 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged.

In any case, we do not accept cancellations by phone. Only in writing to the email: booking@www.neststylesantiago.com

Cancellation policy for reservations made through external internet companies

Reservations made through other websites or agencies (for example, Hostels Europe.com, Hostels.com, Hostels.net, Hostelworld.com, STA, VIP, etc.) can only be cancelled through said websites or agencies.

For claims of the percentage or reservation fee paid to the reservation company, you must contact them directly.

In case of NO SHOW nothing is refunded.

Changes made outside the required notice period, which must not be less than two days (48 hours) for reservations made through our reservation system, will be charged 50% of the total amount or the total equivalent of the first night’s reservation. The amount chosen will be the highest of the two.

Changes made within the required notice period will be charged 20% due to administrative and banking costs.

For refunds we need full bank details for international transfers (SWIFT, IBAN, address, name, etc.). Nest Style Hotel will pay the bank fee for international transfers, but not your local bank fee.

RESERVATIONS ON SPECIAL DATES (Festivals, periods with minimum stay)

Reservations for special dates (such as Easter) must be pay in full and in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY DETAILS

Reservations cancelled more than one month in advance will not be charge.

Full cancellations of reservations with more than 15 days and less than 1 month notice will incur a 20% management fee.

Full or partial cancellations of reservations with a notice between 15 days and 2 days before arrival at the hotel will incur a charge of 80% of the total amount reserved and/or modified.

Full or partial cancellations of reservations with a notice of less than 2 days or no-shows, have a 100% charge.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Check-out is at 12 noon. People who do not check out at that time will be charged in any case.
In case you are going to arrive later than expected, please let us know so that we know your arrival time.
We do not send letters or faxes for visa applications to consulates.

Reservations made by travel agents through our website will be consider void. As we have stated in our FAQ section, due to issues we have had in the past, agents and travel agencies are unable to book accommodation for their clients using our booking portal.

Travel agents or agencies who would like to book accommodation at Nest Style Santiago for their clients must contact our staff directly via email.
