GENERAL RULES

All guests staying at Nest Flats Granada accept the general rules of the establishment by signing the check-in registration form. Likewise, these general rules apply to those clients who have made a reservation with us.

To maintain and preserve our calm and relaxed atmosphere, we do not accept pets.
The management and staff of Nest Flats Granada reserve the right to provide accommodation to any person as well as to terminate the stay of any guest earlier than planned and at any time if the rules of conduct established here are not followed, and in such cases there will be no refund or reimbursement from our side.

All guests staying at Nest Flats Granada must provide identification as required by Spanish law. Citizens from any member country of the European Union will be required to present either an identity card or passport. Any citizen from outside the European Union must present only a passport.

If there is any damage inside your room or rooms, Nest Flats Granada reserves the right to charge your credit card for the total amount of the damage.

In case of loss or breakage of the room access keys, a deposit of €5 will be charged.

Cash payment is accepted upon arrival and only in EUROS. No exceptions.

Room cleaning service is carried out from 12:00 to 16:00.

Breakfast hours are from 07:30 to 11:00 h.

Your credit card will be charged:

  • In case of NO SHOW (no arrival without cancellation), the first night will be charged.
  • If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to your arrival date, the full amount of the first night of your reservation will be charged.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

A reservation of more than ten people is considered a group reservation and cannot be made through our website. For group reservations, please email us directly at info@nestflatsgranada.com

We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette parties.

To process a group reservation, a 30% deposit must be paid. Until this initial payment is made, the reservation is not confirmed and therefore no rooms are blocked. There will be no refund in case of cancellation.

Three weeks before the group’s arrival, the full payment of the reservation must be made. Between these two payments, you may make changes to your reservation. Once the second payment has been made, no further changes, partial or total cancellations will be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the information provided is false or incorrect.

We strive to accommodate you in the type of room you have requested. However, due to the nature of our business, we may be forced to accommodate you in a different type of room. As a result, the total amount payable upon arrival may vary slightly from what appears in your reservation confirmation.

Reserved nights may be paid upon arrival or departure. Walk-ins must pay upon arrival.

All clients staying at Nest Flats Granada must provide a credit card as a deposit during their stay or €100 in cash as a deposit. This amount will be refunded if there is no damage in the room.


GENERAL CANCELLATION RULES

Cancellations must be made by fax or email. We do not accept cancellations by phone.

We do not process reservations when the information is incorrect. If the credit card information initially provided is not valid, it is the client’s responsibility to inform Nest Flats Granada of such changes before the arrival date. If we are not informed, the reservation will be immediately canceled.

If the personal information provided is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.


CANCELLATION POLICY


If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 48h in advance, 100% of the first night will be charged.

For NON-REFUNDABLE rate reservations, the total amount of the deposit will be charged WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation policy for reservations made through external online companies

Reservations made through other agencies must be canceled through those agencies. For booking fee claims, contact the agency directly.

Cancellation policy for reservations made through our own booking system

In case of NO SHOW, no refund will be given.
Changes made outside the required notice period will incur a charge of 50% of the total or the cost of the first night, whichever is higher.
Changes made within the notice period will incur a 20% charge.
For refunds, we need full bank details. Nest Flats Granada pays the international transfer fee but not your local bank fee.

RESERVATIONS ON SPECIAL DATES

Reservations for special dates (e.g. Easter) must be fully prepaid.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations more than one month in advance: no charge.
  • Between 15 days and 1 month in advance: 20% management fee.
  • Between 15 and 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount.
  • Less than 2 days or no shows: 100% charge.


IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

  • Check-out is at 12h. Late check-out will be charged.
  • Please inform us if you expect to arrive later than planned.
  • We do not send letters or faxes for visa requests.
  • Reservations made by travel agents through our website are void.
  • Travel agents/agencies must contact us directly via email.
