GENERAL RULES

All guests staying at Nest Style Granada accept the general rules of the establishment by signing the registration form upon arrival. These general rules also apply to customers who have made a reservation with us.

In order to maintain and preserve our peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, we do not accept pets.

The management and staff of Nest Style Granada reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any person and to terminate the stay of any guest before the scheduled date and at any time if the rules of conduct set out herein are not followed. In such cases, no refund or reimbursement will be made by us.

All guests staying at Nest Style Granada must provide identification that complies with Spanish law. Citizens of European Union member countries must provide either their identity card or passport. Citizens from outside the European Union must present their passport.

If there is any damage to your room or rooms, Nest Style Granada reserves the right to charge your credit card for the total cost of the damage.

In the event of loss or breakage of room keys, a deposit of €5 will be charged.

Payment is accepted in cash on arrival and in EUROS only. No exceptions.

The cleaning service is provided from 12:00 to 16:00.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00.

The following will be charged to your credit card:

  • In case of NO SHOW (no-show without cancellation), the first night will be charged.
  • If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48 hours (2 days) before your arrival date (for example, after 1:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled arrival), you will be charged the total amount of the first night of your reservation.
    If a reservation is modified or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice before the relevant date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the cost of the first night of the original reservation.

    GROUP RESERVATIONS

    A reservation for more than ten people is considered a group reservation and cannot be made through our website. For group reservations, please send us an email directly to booking@neststylegranada.com.

    We do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties.

    For a group reservation to be processed, 30% of the total amount must be paid. Until this first payment is made, the reservation is not confirmed and therefore no rooms are blocked. There will be no refund in case of cancellation.

    Three weeks before the group’s arrival, the full payment of the reservation must be made, i.e., the remaining 70% must be paid. Between these two payments, you can make changes to your reservation. Once the second payment has been made, no changes to the reservation, partial or total cancellations will be accepted.

    We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the information provided is false or incorrect.

    We make every effort to accommodate you in the type of room you have requested. However, due to the nature of our business, we may be forced to accommodate you in a different type of room. As a result, the total amount payable upon arrival may vary slightly from what appears on your booking confirmation.

    The nights booked can be paid upon arrival or departure (if upon departure, credit card details will be requested for any anomalies that may occur during the stay or in case the customer decides to leave without paying). Walk-ins (directly at the establishment) must be paid upon arrival.

    All guests staying at Nest Style Granada must provide a credit card as a deposit during their stay or €100 in cash as a deposit. This amount will be returned if there is no damage to the room.

    GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations must be made by fax or email.

    In any case, we do not accept cancellations by telephone.

    We do not make reservations when the information is incorrect. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the credit card information is false or incorrect. If the credit card information provided at the time of booking is not valid (as in the case of a lost or stolen card), it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Nest Style Granada of such changes before the date of arrival. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

    If the personal information provided is incorrect (passport, gender, age, nationality, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you cancel or change the date of your reservation less than 48 hours in advance, i.e., 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged. (Standard rate)

    For NON-REFUNDABLE rate reservations, in case of cancellation for any reason, the total deposit charged will be charged WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

    In any case, we do not accept cancellations by phone. Only in writing to the email: booking@neststylegranada.com

    Cancellation policy for reservations made through external internet companies

    Reservations made through other websites or agencies (e.g., Hostels Europe.com, Hostels.com, Hostels.net, Hostelworld.com, booking.com, STA, VIP, etc.) can only be canceled through those websites or agencies.

    For claims regarding the percentage or booking fee paid to the booking company, you must contact them directly.

    Cancellation policy for reservations made through our own booking system

    In case of NO SHOW, no refund will be given.

    Changes made outside the required notification period, which must not be less than two days (48 hours), will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount or the total equivalent of the first night’s reservation. The amount chosen will be the higher of the two.

    Changes made within the required notification period will incur a charge of 20% due to administrative and bank costs.

    For refunds, we require full bank details for international transfers (SWIFT, IBAN, address, name, etc.). Nest Style Granada will pay the bank commission for international transfers, but not your local bank commission.

    RESERVATIONS ON SPECIAL DATES (Festivals, minimum stay periods)

    Reservations for special dates (such as Easter) must be paid in full in advance.

    GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations made more than one month in advance will not be charged.
    • Total cancellations made more than 15 days and less than 1 month in advance will be charged 20% for administrative costs.
    • Total or partial cancellations of reservations with between 15 days and 2 days’ notice prior to arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the total amount of the reservation and/or modification.
    • Total or partial cancellations of reservations with less than 2 days’ notice or no-shows will incur a charge of 100%.
    • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

      • Check-out is at 12 noon. Guests who do not check out at this time will be charged in any case.
      • If you are going to arrive later than expected, please let us know so that we are aware of your arrival time.
      • We do not send letters or faxes to consulates for visa applications.
      • Reservations made by travel agents through our website will be considered void.
      • Due to problems we have had in the past, travel agents and agencies cannot book accommodation for their clients using our booking portal.
      • Travel agents or agencies wishing to book accommodation at Nest Style Granada for their clients should contact our staff directly by email.
